Shipping policy
Shipping methods:
- STANDARD Premium Shipping: For all deliveries within the Canada & United States: $3.95.
- FREE Premium Shipping: For all orders over $40 within the Canada & United States.
Shipping zones:
Currently we ship exclusively to the Canada & United States.
Delivery times & more info:
All orders are processed on same day, and our typical delivery frame is (5-7 business days on premium delivery) business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your item much earlier. Please note the information in the product description, as some products may currently have longer delivery times.
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and try to deliver all packages within the specified time frame. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in packages due to weather, incorrect address information, carrier issues, or elements beyond our control.
We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability.
If a package is lost, missing, or the delivery cannot be confirmed by tracking, we will process a reshipment of the order. Packages that have a confirmed delivery status from the carrier will be investigated and are non-refundable until resolved.
