Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• You may return or exchange your item online-store only, provided the same conditions are met.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at contact@polarpals.ca.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
